About Brady

Brady, who has been around real estate sales his entire life, started his real estate career in Peterborough for EXIT Realty Liftlock after finishing his education, and when he gained experience, he returned to Belleville to join his family’s business at EXIT Realty Group. Brady has always referred to Belleville as ‘home’ as it is where he was born and raised and is where he focuses full time on real estate. Brady is a Dean’s list graduate of the Trent University Business Program with a specialization in Human Resources and focus in psychology. Previously, Brady received a diploma in the Police Foundations Program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. There he received a certificate as a mentor and leader of the program. His Work ethic, and core values has been essential to Brady’s success both in his education and career. Brady is passionate about helping real estate professionals grow, not just in their business, but in their lives. Success in real estate for Brady goes beyond closing deals, it’s about building confidence, creating balance, and developing a mindset that supports long-term achievement. His mission is guiding others to reach their full potential, both professionally and personally, by sharing knowledge, offering support, and fostering meaningful growth every step of the way.
